Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GGUUAI platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms form an agreement between you (the "User") and gguuai.cc ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

GGUUAI is a Software-as-a-Service e-commerce operations platform that provides AI-powered product analytics, operational diagnostics, reporting, multi-language content assistance, and business Q&A tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prepaid Fixed-Term Plans and Payment

The Service offers Starter, Standard, Professional, and Pay As You Go products. Standard and Professional plans are single prepaid purchases for the service period displayed at checkout. By completing payment, you authorize a charge only for the selected order amount and currency.

  • Standard: USD 199 for one prepaid 30-day service period.
  • Professional: USD 599 for one prepaid 30-day service period.
  • Pay As You Go: a one-time prepaid top-up, USD 1 = 100 credits.
  • Paid plans do not renew automatically and no automatic charge is made after expiry.
  • Continued access after expiry requires the User to actively place and pay for a new order.

Pay As You Go credits may only be used for metered tasks inside the GGUUAI SaaS platform. Credits have no cash value, are not withdrawable, are not transferable, and are not a stored-value or e-money product.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, harmful or illegal content, unauthorized system access, unauthorized resale, or excessive automated access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and software capabilities are owned by gguuai.cc and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content you generate for your own business remains available for your use, without transferring ownership of the underlying platform technology.

7. Data Processing

We process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Production data transmission is protected with HTTPS/TLS. You are responsible for ensuring that data you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

8. Service Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary unavailability may occur because of maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gguuai.cc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when a User breaches these Terms or creates risk for other users, the Service, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-Service notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
